Our Company

The company was established to provide Licensed Insolvency Practitioner services to local businesses and individuals in financial distress in North West England, although we have clients throughout England, Wales and Northern Ireland.

The law is different in Scotland; we cannot act as Licensed Insolvency Practitioners in Scotland. We can work with you to advise and provide a range of solutions tailored to fit your needs.

What is a Licensed Insolvency Practitioner?

Anyone can give advice to you about your personal or business debt problems, but only a Licensed Insolvency Practitioner can take charge of an insolvency case, for example as Supervisor of an Individual Voluntary Arrangement, a Liquidator or a Trustee in Bankruptcy.

An Insolvency Practitioner must be a member of a professional body recognised and regulated by the Department for Business, Enterprise and Regulatory Reform - formerly the DTI. The Insolvency Practitioner must be insured to take charge of cases.
